How to Order

Step 1: Details & Enquiry.
To place an order, you would need to email classe_et_chic@yahoo.com  on the following details:

Email Address:
Item Name / Code / Color:
Quantity:

Step 2: Confirmation of Order.

Once we've received your order, an email confirmation will be sent out to you on the availability and total amount plus shipping fees due. Payment must be done within 3 days after receiving, failing which the order shall be cancelled accordingly.

Step 3: Payment.

Payment is to be made to a Maybank Account, which will be advised in the email confirmation. Once payment has been done, kindly provide the following details: 

Payer's Name: 

Date of Transfer:

Amount:

Reference Number:

Step 4: Delivery.

A tracking number will be sent to you once the parcel is delivered.

Ready Stock - Customer will receive the goods within 5 - 7 working days.
Pre-Order - Customer will receive the goods within 14 - 20 days after the closing date.
